• Billing, invoice and payment queries — within 1 business day.
• Technical issues — within 1 business day; same day where we can reproduce it quickly.
• Anything affecting picking for a paying customer is treated as urgent.

When reporting a technical issue, please include your account email, your Engyne version (shown at the top of the side panel) and, if you can, an export of your activity logs from Full Settings. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it without a call.

If you are evaluating Engyne, you can start a free trial without talking to anyone. If you would rather be walked through it, or you want your keyword set built for you from your catalogue, message us on WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a time.
