Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Engyne, a Chrome extension and related web services operated by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] (“Engyne”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship registered in India under GSTIN [GSTIN], with its principal place of business at [PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS — full address with PIN].

By installing the extension, creating an account, starting a free trial, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Engyne is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. “IndiaMART” and “BuyLead” are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what Engyne works with.

1) What Engyne does

Engyne runs locally in your Chrome browser. It reads BuyLead listings visible in your own logged-in IndiaMART seller session and applies the filtering rules you configure — keywords, location, lead age, quantity, buyer verification and similar — to decide which leads to act on.

  • Engyne runs on your machine. We do not host, store or operate your IndiaMART session.
  • We never ask for, receive, or store your IndiaMART username or password.
  • Engyne acts only within what your own account can already access.
  • Engyne does not create demand, guarantee lead quality, or influence which leads IndiaMART publishes.

2) Your account

Accounts are identified by a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@engyne.space if you believe it has been misused.

A subscription entitles a single business to use Engyne. You may not resell, sublicense, share or rent your access, and we may limit the number of devices signed in to one account.

3) Free trial

New accounts may receive a free trial limited to 7 days or 50 successfully picked leads, whichever happens first. Trial eligibility is determined by us and is limited to one per business. We may decline or withdraw a trial where we reasonably believe it is being abused — for example, repeated sign-ups for the same business under different email addresses.

4) Subscriptions, billing and taxes

  • Subscriptions are offered on monthly, quarterly and annual terms. Prices are shown on the pricing page inclusive of 18% GST.
  • Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not receive or store your card or bank credentials.
  • Access is granted only after we receive verified confirmation of payment from the payment provider.
  • Monthly subscriptions may renew automatically via a payment mandate you authorise at checkout. Quarterly and annual terms are charged as one-time payments and do not auto-renew unless you set that up.
  • A GST tax invoice is issued for every successful payment. Provide your GSTIN at checkout if you intend to claim input tax credit — it cannot be added to an invoice after it has been issued.
  • Prices may change. Any change applies from your next billing term, never retroactively.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Engyne in breach of IndiaMART’s own terms, or of any applicable law.
  • Share, resell or sublicense your access, or use one subscription across multiple businesses.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent licensing, entitlement or usage limits.
  • Use Engyne to collect personal data for unlawful purposes, or to send unsolicited communications in breach of law.
  • Interfere with, overload or disrupt our services or infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a material breach of this section.

6) Support and updates

A paid subscription includes product updates and support over WhatsApp and email during the term. We aim to respond within one business day. Support covers Engyne itself — it does not extend to your IndiaMART account, your Chrome installation, or your commercial results.

7) Third-party dependencies

Engyne depends on IndiaMART’s website continuing to work in a compatible way. IndiaMART may change its pages, markup or policies at any time without notice, which can temporarily affect Engyne. We fix such breakages as quickly as we reasonably can, but we do not control them and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8) No guarantee of results

Engyne is a filtering and automation tool. We do not promise any number of leads, any conversion rate, or any commercial outcome. Lead volume and quality depend on IndiaMART, your product category, your credits, your rules and your own follow-up.

9) Intellectual property

Engyne, including the extension, its interface and its underlying logic, remains our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription. Your own data — your keyword lists, rules and settings — remains yours.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engyne is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, lost leads or lost credits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11) Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for breach of these Terms, or where required by law. On termination your right to use Engyne ends, and the extension will stop qualifying leads.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Where a change is material we will give notice by email to your account address before it takes effect. Continuing to use Engyne after that constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [STATE] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have where you reside.
