Agreement and scope
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the amended provisions on electronic records in various statutes as amended by that Act. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature. It is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which requires the publication of the rules, regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access to and usage of www.engyne.space and the related web application (the “Platform”).
Engyne is operated by Arpit Bajpai, a sole proprietorship in India.

By using Engyne, creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. These terms cover Engyne Cloud and related web services. They also continue to apply to the discontinued Engyne for Chrome extension for anyone who still has it installed.
How the service works
Engyne applies your configured rules to BuyLeads available to your authorised IndiaMART seller account. Cloud uses a hosted seller connection. Engyne does not store your IndiaMART password.
You control qualification criteria, schedules and capture limits. You must review your configuration before enabling capture. IndiaMART credits, account permissions and platform restrictions still apply. Engyne does not create demand or guarantee a number of leads, lead quality, sales or conversion results.
Operating requirements
Engyne Cloud is the main hosted product. Its desktop and phone web app share the same workspace. Capture depends on a valid seller connection, an eligible plan, configured hours and limits, and service availability. The home-screen web app is not a native mobile extension.
Engyne for Chrome has been discontinued and is no longer supported or distributed. Having it installed does not create a paid Cloud subscription. Legacy licences, bundles and migration entitlements are governed by the order or written offer you accepted.
Capturing a lead may consume your IndiaMART credits. Engyne subscription charges do not include IndiaMART membership or BuyLead charges. Connect each seller account to one Engyne workspace at a time.
Accounts and authorised use
Keep your Engyne sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly if access is misused. Only connect seller accounts you are authorised to operate. Your subscription sets the number of simultaneous seller connections; additional accounts require the appropriate plan or add-on.
You may invite authorised team members through the product where available. Do not share credentials, resell or rent access, bypass entitlements, or use another person's seller session without permission. Multi-account access does not remove your responsibility for each account.
Cloud free trial
The Cloud trial policy is limited to 7 days or 10 captures, whichever comes first, with one IndiaMART connection. No card is required to begin. Eligibility is limited to one trial per business; repeated sign-ups intended to evade these limits may be declined or withdrawn.
Legacy extension demos and existing licence purchases may have separately agreed terms. Contact support if you are moving an existing extension licence to Cloud.
You can create your Cloud account and complete setup in the app. Your trial status and remaining allowance are shown there. Creating an account does not authorise a paid subscription.
Subscriptions, payments and taxes
Cloud plans are offered monthly or yearly. Published prices exclude GST; applicable tax and the total payable are shown at checkout. Included account counts and add-on prices appear on the pricing page.
- Razorpay processes payments. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, card security code or banking password with Engyne support.
- Paid access depends on verified payment confirmation. A checkout redirect alone is not proof that a payment succeeded.
- Any automatic renewal requires the payment authorisation presented at checkout. Review the amount, frequency and renewal terms before approving a mandate.
- Supply accurate billing details and GSTIN, where relevant. Contact support promptly about invoice errors.
- We do not silently apply a new published price to an existing paid term. Changes to future renewals will be communicated before they take effect.

Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws and IndiaMART's terms. Do not use Engyne for unlawful collection or use of personal data, unlawful unsolicited communications, unauthorised account access, evading licence or platform restrictions, or disruption of our infrastructure. We may suspend access for material misuse or where required by law.
Support and third-party services
Paid subscriptions include Engyne updates and WhatsApp and email support during the paid term. We aim to respond within one business day. Support does not cover control of your IndiaMART account or a guarantee of commercial results.
IndiaMART website changes, account restrictions, expired sessions, payment systems and connected destinations can affect operation. We work to restore compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the behaviour of third-party platforms. Their own terms and charges may apply.
Ownership and liability
Engyne's software, interface and underlying logic remain our property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during its term. Your own data, rules and keyword lists remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, leads or credits. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancellation and termination
You may cancel future renewal as described in the cancellation policy. Cancelling renewal ordinarily leaves access available until the paid term ends. Access may be suspended for non-payment, material breach or legal requirements. Expiry or termination ends the right to run paid automation.
Cancellation does not itself delete your data. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion requests.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify your account email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside, the courts at Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
