Engyne vs AutoSift
Two different bets on what IndiaMART sellers actually need: lead data in a spreadsheet, or rules that somebody else keeps accurate.
AutoSift is self-serve IndiaMART BuyLead filtering with auto-shortlist, auto-contact and CSV export, plus a free trial — best if your team works leads out of a spreadsheet. Engyne is done-for-you qualification with the keyword set built from your catalogue and tuned from live logs for a year — best when nobody has time to maintain the rules. AutoSift is easier to try; Engyne is harder to outgrow.

Where AutoSift is the better choice
Two clear cases. First, if you want to evaluate something today without a sales conversation, a free trial beats a demo key you have to ask for — that is a real advantage and we would make the same choice in your position.
Second, the CSV export. If your team runs leads through a spreadsheet, a shared sheet, or an external CRM, getting the data out cleanly matters more than a slightly richer filter. Engyne does not do that, and shortlist-without-contacting is a genuinely useful middle ground we do not offer in the same shape.
Where Engyne is the better choice
Engyne's filtering goes deeper in the places that decide whether a credit was well spent: restricted keywords that block near-miss enquiries, Indian state or export country rules, member age, and whether the buyer's mobile or email is merely available or actually verified. If you export, or if your category attracts a lot of adjacent-but-wrong enquiries, that depth is the difference.
And then the same point that decides most of these comparisons: someone has to keep the keyword list current. With Engyne that is our job for a year, driven by your real rejection logs rather than guesswork.
Want to test something this afternoon, or need your leads in a spreadsheet? AutoSift, and the free trial makes that an easy call.
Exporting, or in a category where the wrong lead looks a lot like the right one, and nobody has time to own the rules? That is the case Engyne is built and priced for.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Engyne and AutoSift?
AutoSift filters IndiaMART BuyLeads by keyword, quantity and price, can auto-shortlist or auto-contact, and exports leads to CSV. It is self-serve with a free trial. Engyne is a done-for-you engagement: the keyword set is built from your catalogue, the rules are tuned from your live logs, and a year of support is included. AutoSift's standout feature is CSV export; Engyne's is the maintenance.
Does AutoSift have a free plan?
AutoSift advertises a 15-day free trial and some daily free usage on its website. Paid tier pricing is not published. Engyne has no free tier, though we do issue demo keys so you can evaluate it on your own account.
Which one exports leads to a spreadsheet?
AutoSift does — CSV export is one of its headline features. Engyne keeps a detailed activity log of 2,000 entries covering picked, rejected and info events with reasons, but it is designed for tuning the rules rather than as a lead database. If your team works leads out of a spreadsheet, that is a genuine point for AutoSift.
Which is better for exporters?
Engyne has an explicit export mode with country allow-lists, alongside India mode with state rules, and filters on whether buyer contact details are available or verified. AutoSift's published filtering centres on keyword, quantity and price. If international targeting is central to how you qualify, that is worth testing carefully in both.
Do either of them require a Google login?
AutoSift signs in with Google. Engyne activates with a licence or demo key and does not require a Google account.
