The Chrome extension has been discontinued and is no longer supported. Engyne Cloud replaces it: qualification runs on hosted infrastructure rather than inside a browser tab, so capture continues while your computer is closed. Your old extension licence and a Cloud subscription are separate — sign in to Cloud to set up a workspace, and contact support if you need help moving a keyword list across.

Yes. Pro includes one live seller connection and Multi includes three. Additional connections can be added to either plan. You must have authority to operate each account. Confirm the operating setup for multiple connections during onboarding.

Cloud is a responsive web app for phones and computers. A normal mobile browser shows its own address and navigation bars. Where supported, adding the app to your Home Screen gives an app-style experience.

No. Engyne sign-in and your IndiaMART connection are separate. Cloud processes the authorised seller-session information needed to operate the connection. Do not send passwords, OTPs or raw session exports to support.

No. Engyne is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. IndiaMART remains responsible for its own platform, accounts, availability and credits.

Sign up to set up your workspace. The Cloud trial lasts seven days or ten captures, whichever comes first, with one seller connection. Check your remaining allowance in the app.

Pro is ₹5,999 per month or ₹59,990 per year for one account. Multi is ₹14,999 per month or ₹1,49,990 per year for three accounts. An additional account is ₹4,999 per month or ₹49,990 per year. All these prices exclude GST.

No. The displayed yearly amount is billed for the full year. It equals ten monthly payments, saving approximately 17% compared with twelve monthly payments.

Payments are handled by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway. Available UPI and other payment options are shown during checkout and depend on the selected payment or mandate flow. Engyne support will never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP.

For cancellation or payment support, email support@engyne.space from your account email before renewal. Keep the cancellation confirmation. For a payment issue, include the invoice or payment reference, not sensitive payment credentials. The refunds page explains eligibility and timing.

No. Engyne is separate software. Your IndiaMART subscription, available credits and access restrictions continue to apply. Qualification does not guarantee that a lead remains available when capture is attempted.

It checks whether an enquiry matches the conditions you choose, such as product keywords, exclusions, location, lead freshness, quantity or buyer-verification signals. A narrow, well-reviewed profile helps reduce irrelevant captures.

No. Engyne does not create buyer demand or guarantee volume, conversions or revenue. Results depend on your category, available enquiries, credits, rules, service area and follow-up.

No third-party automation is risk-free. You must review IndiaMART’s terms and keep your use authorised and lawful. Platform changes, expired sessions and account restrictions can interrupt operation. Engyne cannot guarantee that a third-party account will never be restricted.

Yes. Guided setup starts with your product catalogue and service markets. The team helps prepare and review a starting profile. You remain responsible for approving the configuration and capture limits.

Engyne Cloud offers signed webhooks for captured-lead events. Configure your own HTTPS receiver, verify the signature and review delivery attempts in the workspace.

External destinations may charge for their own services. A destination may still charge for its own plan, hosting or usage. n8n, Make and Zapier would connect through a compatible webhook receiver; they are not native one-click integrations.
