Understand the account connection, the data flow and the spending controls before turning on capture.
Where your data actually goes
Engyne Cloud runs capture on hosted infrastructure and provides a phone and desktop web app for rules, schedules, activity, analytics and signed webhooks.
Cloud needs session material to act on the seller account you connect. The phone-number and OTP flow establishes that session; the absence of password storage does not mean there is no sensitive account access. Session material is encrypted at rest, scoped to your workspace, and revoked when you disconnect the account.

Review before spending a credit
Match your actual products, reject unwanted terms, choose locations and review buyer checks. Test your rules, read why leads pass or fail, and set capture limits before enabling automatic purchases. A match means the lead satisfied configured checks; it does not establish buyer intent, payment reliability or a likely sale.
Pause capture when changing your operating plan. Connect each seller account to one Engyne workspace at a time.
Platform restrictions still apply
Engyne is independent of IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. No automation vendor can promise that an account will never be restricted, a session will never expire or the platform will never change. Your IndiaMART subscription, credits, access permissions and platform terms continue to apply.
Ask these questions before connecting
- Which account actions will the tool perform, and how do I stop them?
- Where are session data and buyer details processed?
- Which service providers and delivery destinations receive information?
- What happens when a session expires or a capture fails?
- How do I cancel billing, disconnect the account and request deletion?
